Dear CC3 user,
This is a follow up to our email regarding MB 20-15a. There are no changes that are to be made within CC3 by MCT.
1. We recommend that agency’s change their perjury statement on the attendance sheet to include the following example statement from MB 20-15a:
“By signing and submitting this attendance record or invoice without the parent’s signature, I attest, under the penalty of perjury, that I have made and documented attempts to contact the parent, and the parent is either unavailable or unable to sign this attendance records/invoice due to the COVID-19 pandemic.”
If you have updated your attendance sheet within CC3 and also use CareConnect (previously known as CarePortal), please let us know so we may update this modified attendance sheet as appropriate.
2. We will not be adding the 14 additional closure days within CC3. This may be applied manually during claim calculation and tracked by the “Absence Tracking Report”.
To add a new Absence Type within CC3 please see this guide from our knowledgebase.
(Note: Please be sure to add a unique numerical Code for the absence type to avoid errors)
Please feel free to let us know if you have any questions and/or need assistance with any step mentioned in this email.
